The Website is operated by BigK Capital VCC, a Variable Capital Company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2022 and authorised by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) under the Financial Services Act 2007 (“BigK Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers and Regulatory page, and by all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, or interest in any sub-fund of BigK Capital VCC.
